- Design - Hyperlite team riders have the last say on the development of their boards. The pros come down to the home office in Redmond, Washington and spend a week or two doing research, development, and graphic design. Hyperlite employs three CAD designers who operate two expensive C&C machines to get the right wakeboards shape--each shape can go through 20 prototypes. The key for Hyperlite is innovation and they have invested heavily in the right tools and personnel to develop astounding products each year completely guaranteed by a lifetime warranty.
- Team - A driving force behind Hyperlite is the team. Each team member is referred to Hyperlite's team manager by other team members. The team manager watches each candidate and supports them for a couple years by giving them product. After a couple years a sponsored rider works into a Hyperlite pro model. If riders don't have a good attitude or do all they can to promote the sport then Hyperlite isn't interested in them. The best part is developing a rider with a great attitude into an outstanding athlete. Hyperlite focuses on giving him or her tools to become great.
- Atmosphere - Working at Hyperlite is like going to your garage and hanging out. It's a place where everyone is encouraged to excel in whatever they do. Each person has the freedom to experiment with various ideas in order to build the brand and wakeboarding. Usually there are a few dogs running around the office. It feels like a family. Hyperlite takes that philosophy to the retail stores and websites too. Hyperlite strongly supports its dealers. Luckily, Hyperlite is not far from evo headquarters, which makes it easy for a strong relationship to exist.
