With such details as a tip-to-tail wood core, sintered P-TEX base and smoother riding sidewall construction, the Salomono Ace board introduces advanced technology to a range of styles and skill levels. A dampening strip under the inserts smoothes out the Salomon Ace's ride when plowing through chop or speeding over hard pack, while an Aspen wood core hits the right flex for more pop, super snap and full-on fun.

I can't believe how much board I get at this low price. Usually you get some lame graphic and a heavy tanker. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to learn new tricks and ride all over the place. I was able to follow all my powder hungry friends everywhere. This board has seen every slope at Mt. Bachelor and has exceeded my expectations.
One time I pointed it from the top of the run and it was the only time I felt I was going to fast for my ability. I consider myself a solid intermediate rider that can do black diamonds.
It's a good all around board that I would recommend to my friends and enemies.
