The CAPiTA Photo Fetish Snowboard series features a lightweight and durable chassis with tons of POP for riding jumps, a set back twin shape, and specialized core profile perfecting progressive freestyle ride-ability.
The Photo Fetish celebrates four of CAPiTA’s friends whose photos and creativity have shaped the image of the sport. For 2007, European Photo Fetish veterans Vincent Skoglund and Vianney Tisseau are joined by Canadian Dano Pendergrasse and American Kevin Zacher for graphic contributions.

Sidewall Construction — The bombproof engineering of CAPiTA Sidewall boards guarantee power and stability through each turn while dominating every modern riding environment. Woodcores are “sandwiched” on the top and bottom by fiberglass, while ABS rails are placed at the sides. This configuration provides a smooth response, increased dampening, and a solid, confident feel while ripping down the mountain.

DS + ENT Entrapped Air Core — The DS Core was built for high performance energy transfer. From razor sharp turns on demand, to huge ollies, the lightweight DS + ENT core was engineered with all-terrain technical freestyle riding in mind. The DS core is constructed with CNC milled ‘channels’ in the core that entrap air after being wrapped with Pre-preg Fiberglass. The trapped air is incredibly strong – making the DS + ENT 25% stronger than standard cores while reducing weight by 20%.

Sintered 4000 speed base — These bases are created by taking pellets of Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight-Polyethylene and compressing them through heat and pressure making sintered bases harder. The minuscule spaces left behind absorb wax and allow for extended periods of high speed shredding as the wax wicks to the surface while you ride. Properly maintained sintered bases are fast, durable, and the overwhelming choice of pro snowboarders worldwide.
