DS + ENT – Entrapped AIRcore: The lightweight DS + ENT core was engineered with all-terrain technical freestyle riding in mind from huge ollies to razor sharp turns. The DS core is constructed with CNC milled ‘channels’ in the core that entrap air in strategic areas to increase rigidity, energy transfer, and response while achieving a core 25% stronger and 20% lighter than standard cores.

Custom Weave Fiberglass Configuration with Pre-Preg Fiberglass & Carbon Kevlar RV Reinforcements: The Custom Weave glass configuration, found exclusively in the Black Death Inc. boards, consists of triaxial fiberglass placed on both the base and top side of the core at opposing zero and 45 degree angles and carbon/kevlar stringers have been added along the rails and in the tail. This configuration adds torsional rigidity and an ultra responsive feel for complete control in a variety of terrain.

Wax Infused Sintered WTR Speed Base: The WTR Base is created by taking pellets of Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene and compressing it through heat and pressure. The miniscule spaces left behind absorb wax and allow for extended periods of high speed shredding as the wax wicks to the surface while you ride, which prevent the base from drying out. Properly maintained sintered bases are fast and durable.
