They're cost what they cost
By Alex from Montreal, Canada on 5/20/2009
Pros:
Smooth Ride, Soft
Cons:
EXTREMELY WOBLY, Poor Flotation, Poor Ride, Scratches Easily
Best Uses:
Icy Conditions, Rails
Describe Yourself:

Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Comments about Line Skis Invader Skis 2009:

These skis can hold it down on hard and flat snow but that's nearly as much they do. I live in the east coast so I don't know much about snow but I can tell that those skis are hell as soon as you get in like an inch of snow. I been to Whistler for a week and try them in some more snow and they suck so much in powder, I was totally stuck and there was barely a foot of pow. They grab all the snow and just bite in that powder wich makes them as easy to control as a fricking elephant. If you ski on plastic snow and like to do rails ONLY buy those but if you like to have skis that don't shake like hell when you go faster than half a mile per hour and you want that ski that gives you back your pop at least a bit buy other skis. By the way they are so soft if you like to do butters I recommend them but if you like to ski and shred those jumps you better get yourself a parachute along with those.

Comments about Line Skis Invader Skis 2009:

ok i had these skiis for a weak and used them 2 days. the first day they were amazing and there was nothing i couldnt stomp. the second day when i decided to try a 3 on these new skiis on a 55 ft kicker that my bindings decided to rip out of my skiis. The core is terrible on these skiis and sooooo weak. but if all you do is rails than their good skiis.

Comments about Line Skis Invader Skis 2009:

So I got my skis, got my bindings mounted, and went straight to the mountain. The park where I was at was crowded pretty much the whole day, so I mainly skied downhill. But I wasn't dissapointed, they worked well downhill. I also entered a big air contest they had there and threw down a switch 720 (which i had never landed before) and it one me the comp. Overall great ski

Comments about Line Skis Invader Skis 2009:

great for rails...not the best for any jumps over about 25, gets a bit sketchy, and not too bad in the pipe. The only things that they could have used are that they could little bit stiffer in the tails and the could be a bit wider for a little backcountry pow but its a park specific ski what can you expect. but all around the best ski ive ever seen for [$] i dare you to find a 09 head or k2 for [$] especially with the kind of quality that line been pumpin out the last few years
