The twin tip K2 Fujative Ski was designed with the pipe and park in mind by Pep Fujas. It is kept super stiff underfoot with the Triaxial braided core to retain its ability to stomp landings and not wash out in transitions. A radical and state of the art flex pattern allows the rider to perform tip presses and ollie's with ease. The K2 Fujative ski escapes traditional ski design towards both the tip and tail, where a distinctive wood core allows it to be flexed and pressed in ways most other skis cannot compete with.
-
Triaxial Braided- This patented and proprietary technology wraps an interlocking fiberglass weave around the skis wood core at 38 degrees to provide a strong, lightweight ski with optimum torsional stiffness.
-
Torsion Box Sidewall- Torsion Box construction is K2's most widely used, yet simplest lay-up because of its versatility and its ability to create so many different kinds of skis depending on the amount of flex and torsion designed into the construction. Torsion box’s construction tends to have lively and energetic characteristics that provide a high degree of rebound and performance.
