Comments about CWB Faction Wakeboard 2008:

This was my first full year riding and I rode a total of 4 different boards. I have rode this one for most of the middle of summer. Recently at the end of summer, I took the time to try out each of the boards again with my boots to check the difference in boards. All I can say is that I still love this board.
It doesn't track as hard as some of the other boards I was usings due to not having a large center fin. I think that this was definetely an advantage while learning because I rely on my edges now and don't need a large center fin.
Also, not having that fin makes it way easier to break free for surface tricks. It just feels nice and slick on the water.
Last. I still love how it looks. The black fabric top is way different than anything else I have seen and seems to be durable. The only abuse it took was near the edges in the middle of the board. I basically "trimmed" the frayed material with a razor and it looks new again.

I bought this wakeboard last year and im already looking for a dif set up. the board would be great for rail parks and going off jumps but NOT for wake to wake tricks. the board is too heavy and not enough pop off the wake. buttersliding the wake is great with this board and is very fast. if you r looking for a board that would be good for rail parks this is the one but if u only go waek to wake look for something else.
