Comfy, and good fit. You can't take the toe strap completely off so it gets annoying, sometimes. Buckles well, easy to adjust. I have a hard time getting the binding off using the small white lever. It seems very positional to me.

Easy to install on the board but not easy to adjust the binding stance or position on the mountain
Not so great - adjusting the toe strap. I wear a 7 and my right toe strap comes loose on the slope sometimes - I am still trying to figure out the right length for the toe strap.
I like the flex and the ease to change the flex!

overall - lovin' the toe strap as opposed to over the foot straps
