Constructed using aluminum, this binding is the finest in sturdy, lightweight performance.
  • Highback Stance Correct: Highback Stance Correct was pioneered by Ride back in the 90s, and the technology continues to improve today. The higher-backs on Ride bindings are contoured to your body’s biomechanical alignment, providing lateral support and medial flex.

Comments about Ride EX Snowboard Bindings 2009:

First time getting out of step-in (switch) - bindings fit well around new 32 lashed boots. They are not the lightest bindings and the ratchet release sticks at times (have to hit it) but got on sale for [$] and so was a terrific intermediate product at an entry level price. So long as the components don't break. I won't be needing to upgrade unless my skills suddenly improve.

Comments about Ride EX Snowboard Bindings 2009:

I have tried all types of bindings and nothing holds up better than Ride. I usually break the straps or ratchets on bindings and thats what moved me to Ride. They use aluminum for the everything except the straps. Some people might list the weight as being heavy but I have never noticed it while riding so I say "man up" if you think any binding is heavy. They are built to last that's why they are heavy. I still have an old pair of preston ex bindings on my street board!
