Comments about Ride Beta MVMNT Snowboard Bindings 2009:

This was my first time using a binding made by ride. I have always used either Burtons high end bindings or Romes. I was surprised by how lightwieght and flexible they were. The only think I don't like about them are the fact that the ankle straps are kinda poorly made. They are already starting to tear. Besides that, I love them!!

Comments about Ride Beta MVMNT Snowboard Bindings 2009:

This is the second pair of these bindings I bought. I had the Deltas from a few years ago and really liked them but the convertible toe would slip sometimes and I had some hardware come loose at 12,000 ft. Not cool. So here come the Betas and I realized the hardware that come loose on my Deltas has been replaced by rivets and the big fat toe strap doesn't budge. I like ugly gear, so the pink is just fine with me.

All round excellent binding.
Comfy ... I can crank them down and my do not go numb.
They are Slightly stiffer than average ... Not a bad thing.
Very light with the aluminum base.
The rubber webbed toe cap makes a little difference over the previous years model.
I've ridden Burton and Rome bindings and these are the best so far.

Comments about Ride Beta MVMNT Snowboard Bindings 2009:

Excellent bindings. Light weight, aluminum construction and awesome looking added to its wonderfulness. Best things I like:

1. Rubber toe straps can be used to fit the front of your boots as toe straps, or as regular straps. Choice is yours.
2. Easy on and easy off. 90% of time just pull the strap without looking, and it goes in directly! Pull the release slightly and it comes off without using force. Awesome!
3. Rubber cushion base piece added installation tightness and it won't leave mark on your board!

A little down side:

I wear size 11.5 boots on these bindings size 11-13. It seems a little too wide and my boots could move very slightly when strapped. Not affecting performance though.

Comments about Ride Beta MVMNT Snowboard Bindings 2009:

These binders are are all around good. Metal is always a nice choice for the reliability and confidence they have that they are not going to break when going big or slashing the soft stuff. The toe caps are really comfortable and grippy. The binding also has a good flex to it.
