These are my first one piece binding and I was worried about losing some adjustability but I haven't missed it at all. My 32 lashed size 9 fit perfectly in these things (binding size s/m). I have several older Raiden bindings, but I like the micro tool-less adjusters on these straps, one less thing to go wrong (lost screw anyone?) and easy to get set just right for your boots. I would buy these again in a heartbeat.
