Comments about K2 Cinch CTC Snowboard Bindings 2009:

Make sure to get boots that fit right. I had some 07 salomon boots that were to wide. they did not snap in to easily. but i got k2 boots now and no problems at all. Also make sure before getting on the lift you snap in the binding on your free foot. I had not snap mine in and triped over it when getting off the lift. Other then that the product is great. Would highly recommend this binding at all skill levels.

Comments about K2 Cinch CTC Snowboard Bindings 2009:

Bought these as an alternative to Flow's, as these have less lateral flex (good for carving) The first day one toe strao showed signs of wear (stitching over strap was coming apart). Within a few more days the ankle straps were doing the same. Additionally, there is some sort of padded material on the inside of the highback: it is falling off now after less than 10 days. Talked with another guy who had them on the hill the other day - he was experiencing the same problems. Absolutely poor quality, expecially for the price.

Comments about K2 Cinch CTC Snowboard Bindings 2009:

Bought these as an alternative to the Flows. Flows have too much lateral flex, which can be tricky for carving. The concept for the Cinch is good, but the materials are horrible. After only 1 day on them, one of the toe straps was showing significant wear (i.e., stitching coming apart). After a few more days, the ankle straps were showing the same. The covers to the straps are literally falling apart. Additionally, whatever padding material is covering the inside of highback is almost gone entirely. Just plain worn out! I met another guy on the slopes who was encountering the same problems with the straps and highback. Now the straps have duct tape (a million uses and counting!), and high back is worn about to the plastic. Just a cosmetic issue I guess, but for what they're selling these babys for, you'd expect better quality.

Comments about K2 Cinch CTC Snowboard Bindings 2009:

Received these bindings for an early Christmas gift. On the second day out, the base plate broke into two pieces. They are very easy to get in and out of but doesn't do you much good if they break. I would not recommend these bindings.
