Salomon The Dumont Skis 2009: Bright with creative clutter, the Salomon Dumont Skis are the sickest pair of high performance park and pipe skis you might see this winter. Featuring double edge armor and a wide body shape, the Dumonts will absorb impact like crazy and a super strong polyethylene fiber has been threaded between the edges of the skis to increase strength by 25%. So if you hit the rail hard, your ankles won’t snap off or shatter to pieces. ABS sidewalls support the edges of the construction and absolutely power you through the park and pipe. Get ready for stability, excellent landings, and a whole lot more than fun this season.
  • Pulse Pad: Elastomer layer all along the edge. Shock absorption and anti-vibration for smoother and softer ski/snow contact.
  • Total Edge Reinforcement: Fiber reinforcement laying directly on the edges. Edge stiffness for improved edge durability and edge grip.
  • Wider Edges: For more durability and improved shock resistance.
  • Ptex 4000: Very high molecular density base plus graphite. Perfect gliding, excellent wax absorption, and great abrasion resistance.
  • Tip/Waist/Tail: 122/86/115 (all lengths) / Radius: 13m @ 151cm, 15.1m @ 161cm, 17.3m @ 171cm, 19.7m @ 181cm / Weight: 3580g @ 176cm

Comments about Salomon The Dumont Skis 2009:

these are definetly the best park skis iv ever owned, the flex is stiff enought to stomp all the landings on the biggest jumps, yet they flex enough to get on the tip for really controlled butters. The skis slide really well on rails and are light enough to 270 onto anything, they also take inpact really well on either rails or jumps. The only real thing i didnt like about the skis is the price and the fact that i was had to get them with the sth 14 binding. I have the dins at 12 and yet im still falling out sometimes when i never did that on my old px12s. Overall id recomend the skis as there definetly the best skis ive had yet.
