I live in the Midwest and have taken these skis to Wisconsin as well as some places in Illinois. They handled great in powder, ice, and groomed snow. This is the first pair I've ever owned, I've rented up til this point, and these skis give me the best control I've had. The bindings are great too, I took them to a ski shop and had them mounted professionally and I haven't had any problems at all with the. On top of it all, they look great too, I got plenty of compliments on the slopes. The only bad thing I can think of is that the top surface got a little scratched up, but just minor scratches, nothing deep. Overall, awesome skis!
