Rossignol Scratch FS Jr Skis - Youth 2007: The Rossignol Scratch FS Jr Ski is ultimately designed for the grom who wants to boost airs and stomp landings in the park and pipe. New for 2007, the hybrid core is made from three different materials: Poplar for lightness and liveliness, Fume wood for quick response and ski-to-snow feel, plus Microcell for absorbing shocks and vibrations. The Rossignol Scratch series features a layer of Visco in the tip and tail of the ski to absorb shocks and over flexing. Softer flexing tips and tails plus a stiffer mid-section allows the skier to load the tips or tails to spring up on a rail or hop up on top of the pipe. Such balance offered by the Rossignol Scratch FS Jr skis makes for the perfect “ollie” effect.
