Need more challenge? Try riding “switch” with floppy heels. K2 wanted this new school, switch ski to be more than just a half pipe, jibber sled. So even if you have no aspirations of going backwards, you’ll appreciate how quickly and easily the turned up tail release from turns and how solid it behaves in choppy crud. To get this performance, K2 took a mid-fat chassis for versatility, stiffened it a bit for sticking hard landings, and bent the tail for sliding switch. Question is, can boarders, skiers and pinners get along in the same halfpipe? All we are saying, is give Piste a chance.
