K2 Disorderly Skis 2009 - New for 2008/2009, K2 built a high performance pair of skis for the jibber. K2’s totally symmetrical Disorderly Skis deliver the highest level pipe and park performance. Challenging conventional twin tip design, the K2 Disorderly Skis’ symmetrical sidecut makes a consistent turn regardless of direction. K2 Disorderly’s center mounting position gives you a more balanced feel in the air, sliding rails or raiding transitions in the pipe regardless of direction. A non-directional construction means you can mount the skis in either direction. To maximize your ollies, K2 added layers of carbon stringer to the Disorderly twin design. The K2 Disorderly Skis is your consistant ride in the park whichever direction you are headed.
  • Silver stealth rivets: Aesthetically pleasing, extremely functional, tip and tail reinforcements so your ski’s tips and tails are better prepared to take a beating.
  • Triaxial Braided: This unique method produces skis that have a great deal of torsional rigidity and strength, while maintaining all the lively characteristics of a wood core ski.
  • Vertical ABS Sidewalls: Precision and strength all in one, so you can go to hell and back again without ever worrying about your skis core.
  • Symmetrical Twin Sidecut: Zero tapered angle allows you to ride forward and switch with the same feel. Equal initiation forward or switch
  • Sidecut: 12mm

Comments about K2 Disorderly Skis 2009:

This ski is amazing
If you are thinking about going for Armada AR6 Don't
This ski feels just like the AR6 and has as much flex as it too. i own this ski and the '09 AR6 and this ski beats it. The it has almost the same modifications (in terms of under foot) and can hold up to anything. The ski is built a little better than the AR6 in terms of better materials but it all feels like the AR6. Its great because i've never been in a situation where the ski feels like it will break as i have with my other skis. One negative is it scratches easilly and the lamenate peels so dont hit them together on the chairlift. Other than that, great ski!

Comments about K2 Disorderly Skis 2009:

I ski mostly park, and the skis is holding up, i have done some back country and slip over some dirt and uncovered rocks, it scratches as if very easily and that is the only con i found
I ski out est so don't know how it will hold up on bigger mountains then Jpeak and Stowe.

Comments about K2 Disorderly Skis 2009:

I love these skis. they're really light, so they handle rails very well and they will spin really fast. they hold an edge very well. If you want a ski that will make small, tight turns, i wouldn't recommend these to you. Although they say they are strictly park skis, i've found that they will handle just about everything except heavy powder. Other than that i have no complaints and am very satisfied with these skis. (if you buy them, get the marker griffons also. they're killer)

Comments about K2 Disorderly Skis 2009:

Just got these skis. I ride mostly park except for blower days when I take out the fatties. They have a great ride, even in icy conditions. Really smooth, really buttery. Great for edge control on rails and pressing boxes. I love the price too. Lots of skis now have a pretty hefty tag, this doesnt dent your wallet to bad and is a great investment. If you've been thinking about making the purchase, take a breath and do it. WORTH IT!
