I bought this to replace a bulkier down fill jacket, and I was afraid at first that it wouldn't be warm enough. I was wrong. It's very light, warm, durable, waterproof, and windproof. The cut is flexible enough to allow for varying thicknesses of warm underlayers, (i.e. not too tight accross the chest), and it never looks bulky. Very flattering, and just the right amount of pockets. Went to the back bowls in Vail and was very comfortable and warm all day. I've also skied in icy, windy Stowe in this jacket. Loved it. And the sleek whitey-white is so storm trooper stylish, especially with a white helmet and goggles! A+!
