In the rains or Portland Oregon this jacket holds up great with 30,000 level Gortex!!! when you put the jacket on you feel like you will stay warm/comfortable.
My only con is the flaps near the sleeves to guard the straps or something, just seems a little useless but maybe I will find a use for it later.
