Comments about Anon Realm Goggle:

I got these last season and they fogged up quite a bit in Spring conditions at Summit. The bad thing is, they tend to fog up between the lenses. This happens fairly regularly and is usually followed by me taking the goggles off and swaying them around in the air trying to improve air flow or vent them out. On the Mtn these goggles have made me want to rip the lens out crumple them up and throw them out.

Scratches. Definitely. I have to big scratches on the outter lens. I have the black/mirror and the mirror surface easily scratches off. This doesn't affect visibility too much but is extreemely annoying to look out of while riding.

No doubt going back to Oakley A Frames which don't fog. Really, Oakley has been making lenses for how long? And Burton .... exactly.

Comments about Anon Realm Goggle:

I ride with the Realm Goggle all the time. It’s extremely comfortable and does not fog up. The goggle has the ability to remove the top vent from the frame giving you incredible ventilation when you are hiking or riding in warm spring like conditions.

I can see from some reviews that someone has had a fog issues with their goggles. Here are some good tips for any goggle to help keep them from fogging.
- Be nice. Try not to crush, sit on, or smash your goggles into you’re bag. The most fragile part of any goggle is the sealant that holds the foam filter in between the two lenses. It’s hard to see if broken but can lead to major fog face if broken. It’s best to buy a hard case for your investment. When you swap out lenses be gently. Most goggles work best by working from the nose to the forehead section of the goggle when swapping your lenses.
- Clean/wipe your goggles with the proper material. Most goggles come with a nice anti static cloth. It’s a good goggle sham as well as a lightweight case. Never use you’re gloves, fingers, or any kind hard object to clean or remove ice from you’re goggles. If you get moisture inside of you’re goggle, blot it dry. Oil will transfer from you’re fingers to you’re lens and create fog if you use your digits.
- Once you put your goggles on your face leave them there. Be religious about this tip. Every time you place your goggles on your forehead with or without a helmet on you put your self at risk of the dreaded foggles. Heat is rapidly escaping from your head; don’t try to grab it with your goggles.
-“I’m just hot and fog up every goggle!’ I’m just like you. People who are “hot heads” need to extra careful. Keep those goggles on your face. If you are like me and a hot head, the more heat you are releasing the more oil you are releasing as well. That oil will build up on your lens, collect moisture and fog. I’ve got a great tip for your. Go to the kitchen and wash those bad boys. Put a drop off dish soap and water in your goggles and rub it around. Then rinse them by repeatedly by sloshing around water. Try not to just let the water run on them, it will effect the time it takes them to dry. When done give them a shake and put them in a cool spot to dry. Now you have some oil free goggles for the next time you ride!

Comments about Anon Realm Goggle:

I used the anon realms all season here in Colorado with the most days at Steamboat Springs. I have mine with the rose mirror lense which was great in sunny conditions, but flat light were the worst. The goggle itself, i liked the fit and design. The peripheral view was excellent. But the goggles would fog up very quickly during riding and so i'd switch them out for my oakley's which never fogged up. I did get a lot of compliments regarding the looks, so I guess that's good...I just expected more from the quality and durability of the goggles. I have since gone back to strictly oakley's.

Comments about Anon Realm Goggle:

Awesome goggles. Only problem I had with them is they fogged up alot when i was at Vail. It probably had something to do with it being -6 degrees and having full face gear on.

Comments about Anon Realm Goggle:

I recently was skiing on Mt. Bachelor, Central Oregon, where I tested this goggle. It has incredibly good visability and never fogged even for a moment. I was in super heavy winds and snow was being blown every which way and there was no sun, and the goggle was comfortable, well-ventilated, extremely stylish, and the lense quality is awesome. This goggle is not one of Anon's new collection and I don't know how many they are producing, but I bought the goggle then bought a couple of other lenses to go with the goggle in case of super flat light or the solex lense for bluebird skies, etc. It is a super stylish, functional, and well constructed, comfortable goggle. Get YOUR Realm!
