The POW Sniper is a good glove for average days. I also like the liner for those especially warm days when you want protection from the snow but don't want your hands to be sweating all day. When put to the challange of an especially cold day (Which happens offen as an instructor on a mountain) the gloves did not hold up and I found my hands were numb while my students wore gloves that kept them going throughout the day. I believe the gloves are too thin even with the liner and also should come further down the wrist so snow can't get in. I was hoping for a good glove to keep me warm this winter, but now I realize this was not what I needed.

i bought these gloves for snowboarding...they're pretty good...they're low profile but warm, waterproof, and breathable...my only problem with these gloves is the stitching on the right glove started to wear out only after my second use...i do not know if this happens with all the gloves or if the one i got is defective

These gloves rock.. Used them several times this season in Tahoe. My hands stay dry and warm all day even when it's snowing hard. The liners included are a bonus and are great by themselves.
