I love that the outside of this bag looks very plain, nondescript, and unassuming; especially because the inside of it contains some smartly placed pockets and compartments (some zippered, some not, some mesh, some padded). It's just the right size for carrying my work laptop to and from the office; and it's also great for casual everyday and week-end usage for toting around my writing and art supplies (I'm a creative professional, so I always need to have a sketchbook or notebook, as well as various writing instruments, such as pens, coloured pencils, and markers). There are some handy compartments for my digital camera and digital voice recorder, and even an intelligently placed small side pocket to hold my mobile phone. The best part about this bag is that I don't feel like I'm carrying a murse -- because it's a military green colour, it feels more like I'm carrying around the gear and tools of my trade. When my (male) buddies first saw it, I thought I may get razzed about having a new murse; instead, they were actually impressed and wanted to know where they could get one, too.
