If you order through our website or over the phone (eBay orders do not apply) you can pick your order up from our retail store in Seattle. If ordering through our website, please click the "Store Pickup - Seattle location" box during checkout. Then, fill out a couple quick forms and we'll have your order on the way to our store! You will recieve an email confirmation with tracking information after placing your order. Once your tracking information indicates that your order has been DELIVERED, you can cruise on by and pick it up! If you missplaced your tracking number, have any other questions, or just want to chat give us a call at 866.386.1590.
Typically it will take about 3 business days for your order to arrive at our store.

You will need to bring a printed copy of your sales reciept as well as a photo ID. We'd prefer it if you also bring a big smile and a ridiculous joke or two.
