What can I do if the gear I bought is not in the condition I expected? 

Not to worry, just get in touch with us.

Your original purchase price will always be refunded if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to arrange for a return.  If the condition of the item you received does not meet your expectations and contains wear or damage that significantly affects the value or utility of your item we will pay for all shipping costs associated with your return.  We will refund your entire purchase upon receiving your return or provide a refund or store credit commensurate with the difference in value or utility of your item.    We always achieve customer satisfaction, it is the evo way.  Please call us at 1.866.386.1589.
