Where is my package? What confirmation emails should I receive and how do I track my package? 

Within two hours of placing an order, you should receive an Order Confirmation/Receipt email.  Your package will be sent out within one to two business days after the date of purchase and you will receive an email with tracking information* when your order ships.
 
 
If you do not receive an email regarding your order please take the following action.
1. Check your junk mail folder - some filters may not allow our automated email to enter your inbox.
2. Call us and make sure we have your correct email address 1-866-386-1589.
 
Tracking
To track your package visit dhl.com and enter your tracking number in the tracking field.  It's as simple as that.

*  Please note, orders shipped with couriers other than DHL at customer’s request will not receive an automatic tracking e-mail
