Following details augmented prize money awarded to the four winners of Burton's "Poach for Freedom" contest.

There are four cash prizes each for in the amount of USD One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($1,250).

Winner is responsible for all taxes including but but not limited to federal, state and local taxes, license, fees, and other costs.

Winner is entirely responsible for prize after it has been received. evo is not liable for shipping delays.

In the event a winner is or becomes ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner determined at evo's discretion.

Winner of the Poach for Freedom Contest will be issued W-9 tax forms per amount awarded.

Prize cannot be transferred; no substitutions, exchanges, or product redemptions.

Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within fourteen (14) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

By accepting a prize, winner grants to evo the right to use his/her name, likeness, hometown and biographical information, for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
