When do I get my stuff? How long will it take to receive my item? 



Most orders ship within 1 business day.*  You will receive two emails regarding your order.
    1. Order Confirmation / Receipt email (within a couple of minutes of order placement).
    2.  Tracking information within 24 hours after your order ships (please note that if you place an order on a Friday, you will not receive tracking notification until the following Monday or Tuesday).
*Some orders can take 2 business days.  If your order does not ship within 2 business days, for any reason, you will be notified.

Approximate Transit Times

Standard ground shipping is provided by DHL on domestic purchases and delivery times average from 1-6 business days depending on your location.  Please see the chart below for an estimate on shipping time to your location.  A tracking number is generated with each processed order so you can track the movement of your purchase online by visiting dhl.com and entering your tracking number.  If  you can't stand to be apart from your gear any longer than you have to, we offer 2 Day Air or Next Day Air shipping upgrades for an additional sum.  Please give us a call if you'd like to set this up at 1.866.386.1589.
