It is windproof just like it says it is, i've worn it outside on 35 degree days for about an hour with sustained winds of 5 to 15 mph and i didn't even feel the wind through the hoodie. Tested it with a little bit of water spilled on a sleeve and it works perfectly as a water repellant (it's not gore-tex, but it's like, 5x better than a normal hoodie) i bought the XL, i'm 6" 5" and 160 lbs, and it fit me perfect. a bit baggy but i like it that way. it's a thinner hoodie but with the wind protection it gives, if you wear it with a fleece underneath you could substitute it for a winter jacket for a day. amazing product
