Pros:

Adjustable, Good Shock Absorption, Installs Easily, Lightweight

Cons:

Difficult Entry & Release, Poor Construction

Bottom Line:

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

whenever they take a heavy shot to the side, they tend to have one of the various plastice parts on the inside break. dissapointed. if u want to ski hard, buy something better
