Two words to describe these binders: super solid. They hold on whether riding in deep pow, or hitting jumps in the park. After having bad experiences with bindings releasing too easily, I've found that Salomon makes high quality bindings that release just when you need them too. The construction is excellent, although I would prefer to have the old toe piece back (still on the STH 16s). Other than that, 5 stars.
